EBAA expands partnership with Osprey to provide operator members with live aviation security alerts

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) announced it has expanded its partnership with Osprey Flight Solutions to provide EBAA operator members access to live alerts on emerging incidents, events and situations that have an impact on the aviation security environment.

The extended partnership allows EBAA operator members to gain access to  Osprey’s premium standard & critical alerts, at no cost. Users can customise and receive proactive ”Osprey Alerts” on emerging incidents, events and situations that have an impact on the aviation security environment.

EBAA Chief Operating Officer Robert Baltus said “EBAA is always working to provide members with best practises and guidance - safety is top priority in aviation. These alerts offer our members’ flight departments an additional source of last-minute safety and security info to boost their operational risk management.”

Further commenting on the partnership, Bruce Norfolk, Chief Commercial Officer at Osprey, said: “Osprey Alerts are an essential component within our system that increase the ability to see, understand and react to threats as they emerge. We are proud to partner with EBAA to support the advancement in the safety and security of its members.”

Earlier this year, EBAA announced its initial partnership with Osprey in support of their risk management platform, Osprey: Open providing operators live updates on Covid-19, as well as comprehensive data on incidents and environments that have a daily impact on operations.
