First Turkish Female  Near-Earth Space Professor

The DG of the Turkish Civil Aviiation Authority (DGCA) announced that Prof. Dr. Yurdanur TULUNAY, an Emeritus Professor, METU and a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Space Agency, was officially registered as the "First Turkish Female Near-Earth Space (Technology Space) Professor" in accordance with the "Registired First Aviatrix" program of the Gender Balance Fostering Instruction and delivered her certificate on 14th October 2019.
