Havaş employees becomes mobile with APPRON

Havaş, one of the most significant brands in Turkey, puts APPRON, in-house communication platform developed for Havaş employees, into operation. With the APPRON application, which is the first application in its field in ground handling services sector, employees can easily carry out their personal transactions such as payroll, leave, transfer requests, etc., while also swiftly accessing events, announcements and news.

Havaş, which guides the sector with its innovation investments, has begun using APPRON application with the goal to enhance in-house communication and gather over 4,000 employees at a single platform. With the APPRON, which is the first corporate mobile application in the sector, Havaş employees can immediately access all the information they may require during work processes including travels, leaves, advance payments, payrolls, transfer transactions, reports on related teams with the administrator screen, work schedules, events, announcements and news from their mobile phones with one click. Having a user-friendly interface, the application enables the employees to access their personalized data from outside the office.

Havaş General Manager Kürşad Koçak stated, ‘’We are more than happy to achieve a first in our sector with APPRON, a new mobile application developed for our employees to swiftly and easily carry out their work processes. Moreover, I believe, we have included another dimension to the in-house communication approach in ground handling services sector. With the APPRON application, all Havaş employees will be able to access their personalized recent data from their mobile phones, and in the meantime, follow up company-related announcements and news with push notifications. The application was well-liked by our employees’’.

With the APPRON application, travel, leave, advance payment, payroll, transfer requests and displaying are available. Team leaders can also access reports and statistics on their teams from administrator screen. Contact list, reminders for birthdays and special days, personal work schedule, events, announcements and recent news can be accessed via the application. APPRON is now available for both iOS and Android operated mobile phones of Havaş employees.
